MAKING AN ORDER. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and click on as many items as you wish and place them in your shopping basket. After you have made your selection from the website, click on "checkout" and you will be asked a few details that we need to satisfy your order, such as shipping tems and payment method.
We accept many types of credit and debit cards via Paypal, alternatively you can send your payment via cheque or postal orders.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING. For all orders under £10 delivery is £1.99, under £20 delivery is £2.99, under £30 delivery is £4.99 and between £30 and £100 delivery is £6.99. For orders over £100 delivery is free to most of the UK mainland. For other areas or overseas we will contact you with the prices before shipping.
On delivery our courier or Royal Mail will require a signature for the parcel. Therefore please ensure that the delivery address will have someone there to accept the goods. Please also include a telephone number to aid with deliveries and if your house has a name and not a number please give further directions as companies other than Royal Mail may have trouble finding you.
Please check the item before signing or write that the item has not been checked. If you sign as receiving the package in "GOOD CONDITION" it is often difficult (for us) to claim against the carrier in the event of it being damaged.
In the event of an incorrect delivery or damaged goods please contact us within 1 day of receipt.
We will always do our best to ensure you receive the correct goods and in A1 condition.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE. Delivery is 1 business day after cleared payment and your goods will arrive the following business day. Please check your e-mail regularly for updates on your order.
TAX CHARGES. THE PRICE YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY. All items include VAT.
RETURNS. Returns are for faulty or damaged goods are on a return to base policy.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY. We only take credit card payments via Paypal as this is the most secure site on the internet and also guarantees you that your goods will arrive or Paypal will refund your monies.
GUARANTEE. We guarantee your satisfaction by giving all the products on the First4Fish website a full manufacturers guarantee. In the event that the goods become faulty within the 12 months guarantee then please contact us on

PRIVACY. First4Fish do not disclose any customer information to third parties.Only information collected during the placement of an order is held by us and is soley to enable us to fulfil that order. Address details are only passed on to courier companies.
COMPLAINTS. If you ever have any cause for complaint, then please contact us straight away on
sales@first4fish.co.uk We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days, and try to resolve the problem immediately. You will always be kept informed of the progress of your complaint.
